Where are you located?
We are located in downtown New Richmond @ 137 S. Knowles Ave
What kind of ingredients do you use?
We do our best to use local ingredients when possible. We always use high-quality ingredients and we make everything from scratch for the purest possible product.
How do you deal with allergies?
We strive to create custom made, allergy safe baked goods when required. We prepare items with appropriate ingredients, and we have processes in place to minimize cross-contamination where possible. All items are processed and baked in the same facility. We do not guarantee 100% free of any allergen. We ask that you contact us when ordering allergen friendly sweets to ensure your order is made to your needs.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Deliveries must be placed a week in advance, and must meet minimum delivery requirements.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Please allow at least 72 hours’ notice
Is there a minimum for custom orders?
No minimum on cakes, however, cupcakes and individual sized treats have a minimum of a dozen per flavor.

Do you cater?

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. We need at least 48 hour’s notice to cancel an order without losing your initial deposit.
When do I pay for my custom order?
You can pay in full at any time before pickup. We ask for a 20% deposit on all orders over $100, and must be paid in full upon receiving product.
Should I refrigerate my order?
We recommend keeping all goods refrigerated until serving. Cakes and cupcakes are best served at room temperature.
